Recruitment Screening: - General questions about my background and experience, and why I am interested in Veeva. Technical Screening with a Senior Engineer: - Questions about iOS development and technical questions with a focus on algorithms with O(1) complexity. - The interviewer appeared friendly. Interview with the Hiring Manager: - The manager asked unconventional questions about my college education and the reasoning behind my choice of degree. - The manager stated that they wanted to confirm my passion for technology, which made me feel somewhat awkward. - Many of the questions were uncomfortable and the interview felt more like an interrogation rather than a friendly conversation.

Interview process was ok, just initial phone call with manager and then first round of technical interview. I did really well on solving the problem but interviewer expecting something even my solution match their expectations. Overall I feel waste of my time by giving the interview. I think this company do the interview for fun not to hire the people.
