I made it through a phone interview and an interview at their Phoenix campus. The phone interview was just very general stuff, no hard questions. They just wanted to know my education and work history. The in person interview was much different. I had researched all of their financial products, but they did not ask me a single question that tested my knowledge of bonds/stocks/retirement savings vehicles, etc. However they did make me do a role playing scenario where an angry customer called about another employee forgetting to make a trade that the customer wanted executed. I had to try to console the customer and tell them what would be done to remedy the situation.

Tell a story about a disagreement with a manager and how you resolved it.
Quite easy. Phone screening and then 1 on 1 interview with case study. Be prepared to talk about lean management and study the pre material they give you before the interview.

Overall process was very smooth. Initial interview was a 20-30 minute phone interview that just covered basic information. She confirmed name, location, some past experience. No behavioral questions, no technical questions.

Entrevista
The interview is a two-step process. First, is the initial phone screening where they collect basic data and you get a brief introduction to the company and you can explain your qualifications. Second, you have a virtual interview where you have to answer questions and conduct a phone call role play with a "client".
