phone interview with an HR person on West Coast first, filled out two candidate questionnaires, phone interview with HR person in Virgina then a phone interview with hiring manager. All went well and have sent follow up emails with no response back. Very unprofessional!
The interview consisted of 3 rounds with increasing managerial duties. Standard leadership questions but they're primarily looking for how well you can encourage and lead a team and fit culturally.

No standard process, random questions in 1st round and ppt presentation in 2nd round. HR was communicative. One interviewer was yawning thoughout, probably had a long day, but didn't seem to be paying attention. probably they already had someone in mind.

hr communications was awful - lacked clarity on the process, did not reach out in a professional manner, and no updates for ages. interview process with the hiring manager themselves was well thought out but lengthy.
