Very straight forward. Everyone was very helpful and nice. You do a one on one mock class with a fellow teacher. Interview times vary so they are very flexible with times.

Initial application with resume, 30 min video call with interviewer directly in China within a few days of sending application, followed by offer of employment via online portal. Upon acceptance, immediate opening of class schedule online.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.
