It was very difficult and took a lot of preparation but they are looking for the best of the best so it makes sense. The interview had various parts and I even purchased some things in advance to be more prepared. Hardest interview I've ever done but well worth it.

I did two different interviews. The first one I recorded a video pretending to give a class. The second interview I did what they call a mock class with a recruiter from VIPKID.
just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
