The interview process was pretty laid back with the recruiter, regional manager, hospital manager and hospital medical director. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I found out later that they the most important thing to them was making sure I was personable as that was an issue for them in the past (having employees that could not get along with other staff).
Started with phone interview with a recruiter to described what kind of jobs you are looking for. Then, an online video call with regional director, hospital director, and a manager. After that, an in person onsite interview to meet the team
Welcoming and very informative. They were very transparent with the state of the hospital and the direction it wanted to go in. After being hired, things were exactly like advertised.
The interview process was straightforward. Interviewed by the recruiter and then the local leadership team and doctor team. Did not have to do a working interview before I was offered a position.
