1st stage - Personal data/ resume screening
2nd stage - DIgital gamification, there are 3 games. Just have fun while do the game and they will give your insights
3rd stage - Digital interview, total of 4 questions with the last one being case study with supported pdf. Please be prepared for the digital interview as the Qs are tough for me . Yet to receive reply whether I'm selected or not for the final Discovery Centre. Hoping for the best.
Overall, it is a positive experience, and this is the first time I experienced the digital interview which is to more less nerve-wrecking, but you have to be prepared. Try searching for other anonimous reviews on UFLP or under Customer Dev Exec to be more prepared for the IV I guess

Entrevista
For digital interview there are 2 rounds, group discussions and if you pass then 1-1. Group discussions aren’t too hard but time is very tight, then 1-1 interview depends on the interviewer
Es una entrevista grabada, solo tienes una oportunidad para responder y no puedes ver lo que grabaste, antes de esto hacen una prueba de ejercicios lógicos y matemáticos, después de haber enviado tu curriculum.
