It was a graduate assistant position so I had three rounds of interview. Overall it is an easy process and depends on your manager. First round with the HR, second round with the team lead and the third round was with the manager. Just reviewed my resume and asked me to explain about my previous work experience. Each round lasted 30 mins.

Application Submission: The first step is to submit an application for the Business Analyst position through the USF Health job portal. The application typically includes a resume, cover letter, and responses to any supplemental questions. Initial Screening: Once the application is received, the hiring manager and HR team will review it to determine if the candidate meets the basic qualifications for the role. If the candidate is a good match, they will likely be invited to participate in an initial screening call or video interview. This interview is typically conducted by an HR representative and may last 30-60 minutes. The goal of this interview is to get to know the candidate better and assess their fit for the role. Technical Assessment: If the candidate passes the initial screening, they may be asked to complete a technical assessment. This assessment is designed to evaluate the candidate's technical skills and knowledge of relevant tools and software. On-site Interview: Candidates who perform well on the technical assessment will typically be invited to participate in an on-site interview at the USF Health campus. This interview will likely include several rounds of interviews with various members of the team, such as the hiring manager, project managers, and other stakeholders. The on-site interview may also include a presentation or case study exercise to evaluate the candidate's problem-solving skills. Reference Check and Background Screening: If the candidate is a strong match after the on-site interview, the hiring team will typically conduct reference checks to verify the candidate's employment history and qualifications. The candidate may also be required to undergo a background check. Job Offer: If the candidate successfully completes all stages of the interview process and passes the reference and background checks, they will be extended a job offer. The offer will typically include details such as salary, benefits, and start date.
