It is a 2 step interview. First you make an interview with HR. If they say ok, then you make a presentation giving solutions to a case study. This presentation is made to a eurpean manager. If they say ok, then you meet your new manager and HR makes the offer by phone.

Started with a phone screening that covered basic questions about your background, after that there were about 3 weeks between getting asked to do an interview on Zoom. The interview was about 45 minutes long

got a phone call and told me to come to the office. First round is meeting with HR. After few days, I took a excel test. The whole process is nothing special. Above all, it is a great experience.
