As any other company the you get the Email and then the HR calls and discusses the Job and then goes over your Resume with you from their the company sets up interview so you can tour the building and sit down with the hiring manager fairly impressed and it was suprisingly easy they just really want to know if you have the character to be hired the will do all the training which is a difinate plus.
