I submitted my resume thru referral. Got callback within a day or two. I enjoyed my interview experience. The questions were specific to the position. looking back, I feel I prob did not have the perfect qualifications for the job. But the interviewer was kind enough to call me back and to deliver the news. Not sure if that's because I knew somebody there and they knew about my connection with the firm.
