Applied for the position, heard back within a day from a recruiter wanting to setup a phone interview. Sent back some times then nothing...silence. No response back or any indication they were no longer interested. I emailed back several times then eventually withdrew my application from consideration. Not interested in working for a company that acts unprofessionally like this as that seems indicative of a bad culture. If things have changed, that's fine. That's life. But do not reach out to setup an interview only to ignore the applicant in any further communications. Treat people with respect and reply back informing them that you will not be moving forward. Wouldn't recommend.
