I was an employee referral. I initially applied for a different job, but the recruiter said I wasn't qualified for it. She said she would send my resume off to a colleague of hers who could help me find a job that suited both the company and I. I had 3 phone interviews and 1 in-person interview. The process took about a total of 6 weeks. Everyone I spoke with through the company was very nice. I was told I was their top candidate for the job, and I would receive an offer for the position. My recruiter said she needed to get a final approval for the job before she could send me my offer letter which took about 3 weeks. I must say I was disappointed to hear the job didn't get approved. It left me very confused as to why Tri-Net doesn't approve the position before they start interviewing. For this reason, it is difficult to say how my overall experience was. I felt I was mislead into what I thought was a meaningful opportunity.
