Upon successful completion of those: Phone Interview In-Person Interview Another Phone Interview Web Conference Interview Brought me in for a different position than advertised, made no direct mention of it. Noticed the difference verbiage and asked, with very little information being openly provided. After completing assessments & all rounds of interview process, I completed a pre-employment packet, which requires authorization for them to run credit, criminal history, contact landlords etc. - None of which was cause for concern. Despite all this time provided (wasted), was never even offered the professional courtesy of a decision to go with another candidate. No contact whatsoever. I did follow up with a thank you email, in which I asked if there were any other questions or concerns I may be able to address for them. Only response was "we are still going through the interview process, thank you." After that, didn't really care if I heard anything back. I didn't.
