I went through multiple rounds of interviews at Traba and made it to the final stages, but after weeks of silence, I found out—only after following up multiple times—that the role had been put on hold. I wasn’t informed of this for five weeks, which made the process feel unclear and disorganized.
Afterward, the recruiter suggested another open role, so I applied again. However, during one of the interviews, I realized that the recruiter had forgotten to send the case prep materials in advance, leaving me with little time to prepare. While these things happen, better communication would have helped make the process smoother.
Ultimately, I wasn’t selected for the role and didn’t receive any specific feedback. While I understand that not every candidate can get detailed responses, more transparency would have been appreciated given the significant time investment.
For future applicants, I’d recommend proactively asking for updates and confirming that you have all necessary materials before interviews. Hopefully, Traba can continue improving its candidate experience by ensuring clearer communication and timely updates
