      Entrevista

      Started with a 30 minute screening call to tell me more about the position. Second interview happened over the phone for 30 minutes a week later. Third interview in person with case study presented to team. In-person interview was not professional and interviewees were not given enough information to prepare. Interviewers were rude and failed to provide appropriate feedback / pay attention during the case study presentations. Overall, very poor interview experience. Lots of emphasis placed on "finding the right fit for the team", yet interviewers basically just ask questions that they expect one-uniform answer to and the entire process was just trying to figure out what they want to hear versus the team actually listening and getting to know the interviewee.

      Overall, the interview went well. I met with members of the team, including the manager. I did a case study and it was great. The problem came after the interview; they called me and said I was overqualified and they wanted me to come in for their Corporate Team position. They wanted me to do the entire interview, including case study, all over again. I had taken the day off of work to complete this, then they tell me I'm too good, so please come in for another interview? Great example of a company that does not know how to scale their growth.
