A lot of time between steps. 7 days - 16 days between one interview and the next. Did not seem to have much urgency to hire anybody. For final interview, hiring manager flew to town to meet with me. Had a great interview, was even showing me their software. Heard nothing for weeks. Finally called them back and never got a return call. Moved on after about 6-8 weeks and never hearing back. Very strange process.

There were a lot of mixed signals. Had 2 telephone interviews that went well but they were really neutral and didn't really want to be engaged, just asking questions. When I met the hiring manager face to face, he was very engaging, great energy, even showing me his computer screen on their sales metrics and quality control data, etc. The next step was supposed to be flying to the home office for the final interview, which he assured me was happening they just had to schedule it. It never happened. He made one follow up call to me that it was still moving forward they just had to work on scheduling, then nothing. Tried to call him multiple times with no result or feedback.
