Applied on their website and the HR team contacted me after several days, then online (video) invterview was donducted. The manager asked me simple questions but he didn't seem very professional about the job either. They were hiring someone for dubai office, but no plan to give work visa to the employee. (at first it was on-site but changed to hybrid).
