Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Third Bridge
Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter. We then set up a phone interview which lasted 20 minutes. The night before the interview I did a lot of research on the company and the position. The company seemed like a great place to work, however, upon further review of the position, I discovered that the role really wasn't for any analysis. I discovered that the job was basically cold calling. At the end of the interview I asked about the position and he half heartedly admitted that it is not your typical analyst position. I was invited to NYC for a "Super Day" interview which i declined.

2 rounds. First round talk with senior research analyst, behavioral questions. Second round talk with team head, stock pitch, case study. Long discussion, taking around 90 minutes, asking everything in the cv

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
