Easy and conversational but redundant, and a bit disorganized . I applied for one position which I did not get , and so then they wanted me to talk to you another manager about a different position: commercial underwriting. I then interviewed with that person , taking more time out of my day didn't hear back for weeks. Then a few weeks later they want to talk to me again. More time (3rd interview) ..I finally find out there is not even a position open, they just want to talk to me and will let me know later when there is a position open. Huge waste of time and to this day still haven't really heard much back and this has been 2 months now. I keep getting an email periodically from HR telling me to stand by lol
