Very robotic. Didn't really care too much about me as a person. It seemed like it was just a prelim process they did before accepting me. They made sure I knew I had to gain 600$ in fundraising.

It was good and I really enjoyed it. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All of the questions are pretty easy and there are no curveballs thrown. No previouse experience is required for the interview either.

Apply online, then they will send you a candidate assessment quiz to complete. After approval, they will contact you to make a phone or video interview. The hiring decision will be made after the interview.
