The hiring process was pretty straightforward.From the start. Firstly, there is an online aptitude test followed by a phone call.And then in person, an appointment was set. I had a great interview with the manager in person in the woburn office. Very straightforward, Spoke about the company sales culture kept it to the point on the things that were important to me. Broke down the expectations. about how long it would take to get out on the road after training.It was very pleasant interview, The sales manager was obviously a professional salesman, not just a manager coming from a desk somewhere. I had worked for a terminix in my youth as an exterminator so I was very familiar with their products and services and of course, there were still some new things to learn and new products. All in all the interview was great. At the end of the interview, I asked what the next steps were I was told I would receive an official offer via email. This is where the issue came up. I hadn't found an email and It had now been four days. I decided I should follow-up as I halted my job search cancel two interviews as well. I tried to find the local number to the woburn office, I was able to collect up about three different numbers with an exhaustive search. Every single number End it up. Be rude to the same place at sales call center I believe down south. On each of the calls I made I asked, how can I call the local office? I was given a few numbers that did the same thing. I had one nice employee.We'll say they were going to get out a message to the sales manager and then have them call me. I never received a call, Even if I had absolutely blown the interview misread it completely I was confident that they would have depression. Lism, to let me know that I was mistaken in my assumption that I had a job offer. That's a last ditch effort I dug up Every email address. from my contact with indeed, terminix and Rentokill. That included an external recruiter, an internal recruiter, a terminix/Rentokil telephone interviewer and an appointment setter. I wrote one email with all of their addresses simply stating that I had a great interview. I have not received paperwork and I was just following up to make sure I did not misread the interview and find out if there was a break down somewhere in email communications. I got no replies from anyone which is quite frustrating because I really wanted to work for the company. I really would like sales manager. I like their sales process and I used to interview.I ended it with an agreement in a handshake. The one small lack of communication cost me a few interviews a job that I was interested in and probably burnt a bridge where the company probably believes that I just never responded after a verbal Acceptance.

Pretty simple process, applied online and a recruiter reached out and ask me a few question then got a interview schedule. Interview was pretty easy got an offer but decline cause it pays $17 an hour the interviewer was saying how he got 6 reps that makes over 100k, still said no cause of low pay.
