Entrevista
Apply online then you get your web interview. After you get your web interview they will call you in for on site interview. Your onsite interview will last between an hour to an hour and a half. They will most likely bring you to the sales floor and make you create a mock quote or order on there computer system.
Process is pretty straight forward. Much like many jobs, the process begins with finding the right fit for your schedule. Be open, be honest and keep in mind they need you as much as you need them

Tell me a time you had to use conflict resolution skills in the work place
Both a video interview then an in person interview for external candidates. Internal candidates have a much less formal interview if you know the hiring managers. Wear a suit if you intend on getting a job here.

Entrevista
Phone call, wowapp video interview where you present answers via web/phone cam and submit to them. You don't actually talk to a person, but a camera. From there, if you are selected, get called to come in. Then I came in for actual interview. Interviewed with area manager and assistant at same time.
