Entrevista
I was fast-tracked to the in-person assessment day after participating in the taster programme. There were several assignments: a group task of designing a class for a random topic (e.g Spanish), a 1:1 interview and a role-play exercise. The role-play exercise was by far the hardest. In my case, I had to give advice to a child who was being bullied and had problems at home in just a few minutes. I guess it caught me by surprise.
A broad process with a group activity, as well as a teacher feedback and personal interview. Firstly, a observe and respond section made you evaluate a recording of a teacher's methods. The second section was where one had to deliver a 2 minute lesson to a group and the last section was a personal interview about your characteristics and motivation to the internship.

I was an intern for the Inspire program in the summer. They provided good accommodation and support for the thing but the opportunity in the end wasn’t for me. the interview Itself was very easy and the people were nicely organised. Nice headquarters.

3 Stage interview - A group presentation, a standard interview and a role play exercise. Role play exercise took the form of you being a teacher and talking to a student. Was pretty hard to prepare for. The interview was made up of typical questions. The day took about 3 hours in total.
