The interview was a relatively easy process, done mostly online. The final part required me to upload a recording of myself on how i would handle certain situations. Got a call within a few days from Hr, and was offered the position. Overall very simple and straightforward.

How i would handle a aituation where a guest needs assistance while on a time sensitive task.
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
