Never got to the interview process. Too many assessments, then a rejection. No idea why. No communication about next steps. I don't know if it was the assessment results or schedule availability.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
