They take very long to respond back to you, from sending an application to hearing an update on your interview took a month, everytime I would call for an update there was either no answer or I would get told they haven’t reviewed my interview yet. From my application to getting an interview took 20 days, from my interview to getting an update took 2 weeks. Interview itself you just record a video on your laptop at home

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
