I applied for the position on a Wednesday. I received a phone call for an interview on Thursday. The interview was scheduled for the following Thursday. I initially was scheduled for two interviews: one with a Team Leader and one with an Executive Team Leader. Both interviews consisted of verifying my information and education, and about 4-5 situational questions. The situational questions from both interviews included: Tell me about a time when you... worked with a partner to achieve a goal, had to step out of your comfort zone to complete a project and what you learned, made a mistake and what you learned from it, were frustrated with someone at work or school and how you handled it, etc. I was asked to speak from experience and use specific situations, as opposed to theoretical or vague situations.
