Entrevista
I had a very positive experience interviewing with the Talent Acquisition team from beginning to end. I had an initial 30-minute phone screening, then met with four people for my first onsite. The interviews were great and informative. I later came onsite again to meet with David Hindawi, Tanium's Co-founder and Executive Chairman, which was very unique given the size of the company. I heard back two days later and was very excited to start!

Entrevista
Applied online, had a screening with a recruiter, completed an assignment, had a phone interview with the hiring manager, was invited to an onsite interview.
Overall, the candidate experience at Tanium was AMAZING! My recruiter was especially amazing throughout the process. During the onsite interview I met plenty of lovely people who made me feel respected and welcomed. During the negotiation phase, the offer matched if not exceeded my last job's salary.
Sadly I did no take the offer for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the team itself.

Entrevista
I took a sort of "test" then a phone interview then an in person interview where I met with 5+ people one at a time (but with 3 people for lunch). Varying levels of seniority and role. Everyone was great.
