      Entrevista

I applied via LinkedIn for the Corporate Recruiter position. A couple weeks later, I received an email to set up a video interview for a different position, for the Advanced Recruiting Analyst program. The interviewer, Laura, was very kind and would really take the time to compliment me after each of my responses. At the end of this interview, she said she was going to set me up with an interview with the CEO. I received an email confirmation for an interview with the CEO as well as another member of the team. The two interviewers asked a lot of questions, from my experience, to my hobbies, and to what I am looking to achieve. Overall, it was a bit nerve-wracking, but I do believe I answered every question very well. After this interview, I was told I was going to be interviewed by another 2 people. I was not expecting this at all - but they came in and the same procedure followed. They asked me a bunch of questions, pretty similar to what I was asked by the CEO. After this interview ended, I was told I was going to be interviewed by another interviewer. Again, I was caught completely off-guard, but this interview was the most"casual" as the interviewer really wanted me to just ask away any questions I had. I did not expect the amount of interviews I was going to have that day, but I know this company is very small and they are very big on having the whole team getting to meet you and see how you fit in the company. After the last interview, I was told that I would most likely be told the next day what the decision is. A week passed by and I did not hear anything, so I emailed my first interviewer. Right after that email, I got a call from someone else in the company and they were setting me up for another interview. When I showed up to this virtual interview, I was very surprised to see that the interviewer was not from Talento, but a client of Talento's. I was being interviewed for a position for a different company, which was a client of Talento's. This company that I ended up interviewing for happened to be a company that I actually interviewed for a couple months prior, and I did not get the job then. I also, ended up not receive the offer at Talento. I really wanted to know what had happened, however. When I called my first interviewer from Talento, I expressed my confusion and then I was told that I was being considered for Talento's open position, but then their client had a role they needed to fulfill and thought I would be a better for for that. When the client decided to move forward with other candidates, Talento had told me that they also ended up moving forward with other candidates and apologized for the miscommunication. The overall process was just confusing. The team at Talento seemed nice overall. I wish I was just kept in the loop with their plans.
