I sacraficed my lunch at my current job to interview just for them to call 20 minutes late saying due to technical issues they needed to reschedule. Once we finally rescheduled, the interview asked a lot of behavior questions that I didn't feel were designed to do anymore than check a box. The recruiter wasn't engaged with me at all, it was very clear she was just trying to get the interview overwith. And I was left to feel dumb for asking reasonable questions about the position. By the next day I followed up to withdraw my application because I knew from that interaction I would not get the support and encouragment I'm looking for in a work enviornment.

The reviews definitely reflect the experience.
I reached out and had an initial phone screen, which passed me on to the next round. I was informed the Manager ONLY did weekend interviews and an interview with consideration for my time as a candidate needed to fall within that time.
On that call, the Manager informed me that was the LAST interview and he was the decision maker.
Once again, I was asked on the weekend to respond promptly and urgently to provide my availability. As a recruiter who prides myself on communication, I responded ASAP.
However, I was sent through two more hoops to jump through: speaking with two team members for "perspective".
The conversations were interesting and seemingly designed to talk me out of the role. One interviewer went so far as to say he wished he had STAYED in the company I had just exited. One team member with less experience than myself had been hired directly because of a previous relationship with the hiring manager, despite the roles being offered as contract.
The hiring manager asked me about start days, times, and time off within the first 90 days of my availability. I was promised an update by the end of the week, but it was radio silence until I received an automated rejection after four interviews.
We're sorry to hear about your recent recruiting experience and thanks for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. That's certainly not the candidate experience we aim to deliver and we apologize at how the entire process was handled. We will be addressing this situation with the hiring team. We wish you all the best in the search for your next role.
