Interview process was smooth. Initial connect with HR who gave insight about organisation, group and job description in details. Once resume was shortlisted interview was scheduled in a very planned manner. 2 technical rounds with client directly and overall experience -level was good, tough and at the same time friendly. Once cleared HR round was with a senior HR- experienced and mature person seeking your details, interests and aspirations. Offer was released and it was good. I declined as I got a better offer on the same day (was actively seeking) and I did not plan to renegotiate with either organisation.
