It was a fast pace and highly detailed interview, on specific routing protocols. Going over personality questions that refer to how you interact with a customer and associates. The interviewer was helpful to assist in area that I personally did not know to come up with a solution.

Very formal and positive. Interviewer was very intuitive and asked relevant questions. There was also a point where they asked me to walk through my resume and personal work experience
