Heard about the role via a job board. Based on the job description and my abilities, the job seemed like a good match and I was attempting to get a job. Interview was three stages: submit my resume for review, followed by a Q&A (and informal interview) on the phone, and lastly with a face to face interview, myself and three other people. They seemed impressed by my credentials and I was offered the job via the recruitment agency
