      The entire hiring process took ME exactly 38 days; from applying to being hired. I applied and one day later was contacted by email for phone interview scheduling. Two days later was my phone interview. This call is just telling you about the company, discussion on past employment, and desired salary. At the end of the call, we set up the time for an interview with a hiring manager. My interview was three days later. The interview questions are your basic STAR Format questions. Smile and answer in a way that is relevant to the questions, and I have doubt you’ll do well. Take your time and don’t rush to answer. Make sure you gather your thoughts and understand the question. The hiring manager and the interview itself was actually very laid back. Don’t stress it, but stay courteous and professional. DRESS UP! Eleven days later, I received an email from the recruiter titled “Follow-Up.” In this email, the recruiter just wants to find the best time to reach out. She called later that day and offered me the position, contingent upon a successful background check and fingerprinting (NO DRUG TEST). Do not be alarmed by how long the background check and fingerprints take to come back. It took mine 17 days, and you’ll receive an email saying you are clear to hire! If you get the clear to hire email…You got the job…CONGRATULATIONS!
