I had to fill out the online application and the actual tmobile location cannot take a copy of your resume since it is corporate. You get called in where you get interviewed by a 2 person panel. They take notes and submit and go over your answers with the district managers. You then fill out an online background check. They call you after your background check to setup your final interview.

The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
