2014: Had a day in which they interviewed numerous accountants. If you passed the first interview, you immediately waited for your second interview. There were a lot of job seekers. I went through both interviews, enjoyed both interviewers.

No difficult or unexpected questions. Mainly situational/behavioral questions.
Interview process was smooth and quick. There were mostly technical questions but they also focussed on fit with the company. Had the interview with the accountants and manger of the division who all seemed nice and were open minded people

I applied online through their website. A week later I was called for a phone interview. About two weeks later I was asked to go in for a panel interview. I was offered the job about a week later.

Tell me about a time you had to handle multiple responsibilities. How did you organize the work you needed to do?

Entrevista
I applied online. The position was posted on Craigslist. I got a call from HR who did a phone screen. HR then followed up to schedule a face to face with the hiring manager. I met with the manager and then the CFO. The meeting with the CFO was short and brief. Although they found me directly they asked me to send my information to a third party agency they use for hiring. The company is large, but cheap and it was a way for them to avoid giving me benefits. I was paid through the agency for several months before becoming a regular employee with benefits.
