The first round is the GD. I cleared that round and moved to the next round which is the telephonic interview. I got rejected in this round due to lack of confidence while talking over phone.

I was referred by an employee. Straightforward process. They expect some Hindi speaking people for some clients. Interview process is mostly to check the communication skills. Interview was fairly Easy to check the communication skills.

Its a clean and active process with keen attention with the candidates communication skills and the requirements includes a communication without a grammatical errors. The rejection of the candidates is purely based on the communication skills
