It is a two hour interview consisting of meeting 3 different team leads/members and then a written portion where you respond to mock customer issues. They will ask you about previous difficulties and challenges you have overcome and how. They will ask you a lot about how you dealt with experiences (dissatisfied customers etc) in previous roles
