A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding the role. I sent her my resume and we scheduled a call to discuss the position and my experience. The role is remote first and there's an office in the city I currently live in however I was told I would be required to move to SF. I would be working remotely from SF but would need to come in to the office 1-2 weeks a quarter. I found it very strange that I would need to move to work remotely but continued with the process. I was then given a technical interview which was HackerRank which was fine but got tripped up with the math. I was rejected after.

After the initial recruiter call, I was invited to a live coding challenge and asked to solve 2 easy/medium-level LeetCode problems. The interviewer gave me hints to solve the given problems.
