At beginning, you have to take online test for human resources to test your work ethics and personality. You will also have first round of HireVue interview which will ask you to record 4 questions. You will hear the interview question, and 1 minute to “prepare”. Then you will have 1 – 3 minutes to answer, depending on the question. There is a countdown timer in the website. There are also some MCQs that basically ask you if you are eligible to work in Canada, do you know how to you a computer, your preferences (12 months vs 8 months, Fort McMurray vs Calgary/Edmonton). Need not to worry about the MCQs.
