I met a Sunbit leader at a conference. After several business meetings, he spoke about the opportunity at Sunbit and stated that they could use experience like mine. After that, they focused on getting me in front of as many people as possible to see if we thought it was a fit on both sides. I appreciated the time to really investigate the company and it’s culture.
