I completed my application and was contacted 2 days later. There was a 30-minute screening interview asking basic interview questions on who you are, why Stryker, and your experiences. They ask you salary expectations. I passed the interview and then I was scheduled to a zoom interview with the manager a week later. The hiring manager asked "tell me about yourself", "why Stryker", and "why are you interested in this position?". One question was to describe yourself in 10 words. I thought I passed with flying colours because the hiring manager seemed optimistic about me but they notified me that didn't make the cut 2 weeks later. I got a hit twice on my LinkedIn from a salesperson right before I got cut. Maybe there was hard competition or something else going on.

HR phone screening, then HM interview. after that, you will get a 2-3 hour phone interview for the personality test, which was pure crazy. I had no idea what I was talking about in the later part of the personality test. and yes, the test is very very important. you have to have the personality they want for the position to move forward with the process
