The interview process was extremely rude and disrespectful. I spoke to a women for 30 mins and she yawned and made it known she was yawning the entire time. I have been in the medical field for 10 years. I currently work for a global company and respect and looked up to Stryker as a potential career move for myself. Unfortunately, the HR representative that I spoke to did not hold up to the standards of what I thought Stryker would be and ruined any good image of them I previously had. Whether I was being interviewed for auditing purposes or to show face, I believe there could have been more professionalism on her end. I do not write reviews but this is something I prepared for and took seriously when she clearly did not. I was then offered an entry level salary when knowingly, I have 10 years in the industry. Good luck to anyone who unfortunately has to speak with the same women.
There are five to six stages! First a recruiter, then hiring manager, then personality test, then your actual boss, then a group Interview. The entire process takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks. Some people have to do a case study as well.
Me postulé a través de otra fuente. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Stryker
Entrevista
Very casual phone calls and coffee chats. The gallup is hard and questions can be ambiguous so talk to a rep beforehand and ask them about their experience and tips they have. For the most part it has been phone calls to understand who you are but make sure to sell yourself everytime.
The interview process has been great so far…my first one was a phone screening with their hiring manager. It was basic questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to do medical sales who I’ve networked with etc. I then got moved on to an interview with their regional manager. The questions were tell me about yourself. What makes me different and then ended with behavioral questions that I focus using the star method to answer. I got moved onto the next round and now I’m waiting for an interview with the regional manager again, as well as other team members that I would be supporting. So far the interview process has been amazing and everyone I’ve met so far is great. I think as long as you have stories that you can tell about yourself as far as teamwork dealing with difficult situations from your past experience and how I think strategically is really important.
