Entrevista
The interview process is extensive. They are looking for the best fit for their company culture and tend to favor those with "Type A" personalities or those who are competitive but also humble. I completed a short 7 question survey to assess personality fit and then was contacted by a recruiter for a short interview. This is a mix of personality and behavioral questions. If you are invited to the next round you will be asked to complete a Gallup phone interview. After that I was invited on-site for a face to face interview.

Would you rather join a small company with potential or a large company with proven success?
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
