I took some online assessments and the phone interview were basic questions “what would you do in this situation?” They offered the job on the spot and told me the day I was to report to the office
The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
