Very quick response to resume submission and a phone interview scheduled. Following phone interview (same day) received an essay question interview to be completed via email. Acceptable time frame for response to the email and an in person was scheduled. Arrived for interview and found out it was a group interview (only 2) and I had been informed of this ahead of time. After the in person interview it took a very long time to receive feedback (2-3 weeks).)
