Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. Acudí a una entrevista en Spencer Stuart (Londres, Inglaterra) en jun 2012
Entrevista
Long - was scheduled to meet many members of the office and team and hence the process took many weeks to complete. You get to meet all levels from EAs to your potential future peers and also the consultants in the same practice but this also gives you much more flavour of the types of people you will potentially be working with.

Entrevista
4 stages - virtual interview with CHRO 30 min, case study 1 week, virtual interview with Research Director 40-60min, face to face interview with Consultants.
Communication was good, I was informed at every stage about the progress and never left wondering about the status of my application. The CHRO made it a point to check in after the 3rd stage, which was a surprise but definitely boosted the candidate experience.
But I found some questions at the 3rd stage contentious and also wasn't given a chance to explain my case study response.
One interview - never heard anything again. I had an informal 30 minute phone interview around Thanksgiving and then was told I would hear one way or the other and crickets.

Entrevista
The interview was pretty relaxed. Nothing too surprising question-wise. They asked the usual behavioral stuff: how you work with teams, how you handle it when multiple things need your attention at once, and how you build and manage relationships. If you prep a few solid STAR stories ahead of time, you'll be fine. Don't overthink it.
