I applied via my school's job website. A couple of weeks later, I received an email that they wanted to conduct a first round phone interview. The interview was pretty straight-forward, mostly behavioral. I was asked questions for about twenty minutes and then I was left 10 minutes to ask the interviewer questions. I did not make it to the next round, but I was told the next round involved a Skype or in-person interview with two or three current employees.

Three rounds of behavioral interviews with people from the national recruiting team and employees from specific practices. The team was very friendly and curious about personal background, academic experience, and career goals. Interviewing is a big part of the job at search firms, and they did a great job.
