Was hired through a staffing agency, as that's how this office does their hiring when it's not from within the organization. Met with my now direct supervisor and he apparently didn't like me...didn't receive a call back until I came in for a one day project through the staffing co. Next day the VP offered me a job.

There is a riund of interviews. First you speak to an recruiter, then if you move on, the hiring manager. Depending on your experience, you may interview with the Supervisor Manager.
